Turkey with mushrooms "a la papillote"
An unforgettable combination of tastes.
500 g turkey fillet
50 g dried mushrooms
60 g butter
40 ml sherry
1 tsp wheat flour
4 bay leaves
ground black pepper
SAGA Cooking Paper
Place the dried mushrooms into 0.5 litres of cold water for 2 hours and then boil for 20 minutes.
Finely dice the onions and gently fry in the butter until transparent. Add the sherry, dried mushrooms with their stock, sprinkle in the flour and mix. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Slice the turkey fillet and spread evenly on 4 sheets of cooking paper and pour the sauce over. Add the bay leaf and parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Make a SAGA Pouch and bake in a preheated oven at 200�С for 12-15 minutes.
Serve in the SAGA Pouch to retain the aroma.
