Baked apples with rum and ice cream

A spicy and juicy dessert: Baked apples with rum and ice cream
4 apples
1 dl sugar
50 g butter
1 tbsp syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
100 ml rum
200 g muesli
vanilla ice cream
mint leaves
Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Core the apples and fill them with the mixture.
Place each apple into a SAGA Pouch, sprinkle the muesli and rum on top of the apples and tie pouches with cooking string.
Cook in the oven at 200�C (220�C) for about 25 minutes or until soft depending on the size of the apples.
Serve piping hot straight from the SAGA Pouch with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and mint leaves.
