Vikings' boat

The recipe comes from "Pichciuchy, czyli rodzina w kuchni" - the book issued by Happy Motherhood Foundation.
1/4 French bread
4 slices of cooked ham
4 eggs
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp heavy cream
3 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp frozen spinach
1 peeled tomato without seeds

SAGA cooking paper
Slice the French bread into 2cm thick pieces. Place each slice on a sheet of SAGA cooking paper. Make a SAGA boat. Season the spinach with salt and pepper. Cover the bread with ham, seasoned spinach and tomatoes. Combine the eggs with mustard and cream. Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven at 180oC for about 10 minutes..
