Sweet-and-Sour Pork

Don’t buy a pig in a poke, but pork in a bag is worth trying.
600 g pork in strips
200 g noodles
4 button mushrooms
1 bell pepper
½ leek
zest and juice of one orange
100 ml ready-made sweet-and-sour sauce
1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
salt and black pepper

Clean and slice the mushrooms, leek and pepper. Grate and juice the orange. Dip the pork strips into the sweet-and-sour sauce.

Parboil the noodles in boiling water for approx. 1 minute. Divide the noodles, meat and vegetables into 4 portions and place into the SAGA Steamable Deli Bags. Top with the orange juice and zest, and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Tie the openings of the bags with cooking string and steam for around 12 minutes.

Serve the deli bags unopened at the table to retain the aroma until the last minute.
