Spinach and egg in SAGA pouches

Enjoy a traditional, healthy dish in a new way

Chop the onion and pepper and crush the garlic and pepper. Add the ingredients into a frying pan together with the spinach and sauté in olive oil for about 2-3 minutes. Take 4 sheets of SAGA cooking paper and place the spinach in the middle of each sheet. Create a cavity into the spinach and break an egg into it. Tie the paper into SAGA pouches and add them into boiling water for about 5-6 minutes (the time depends on the desired consistency of the eggs). Before serving, garnish the spinach with grated Parmesan cheese and herbs and serve the meal directly from the SAGA Pouch.
