Seafood à la SAGA

An impressive dish of seafood with an Italian flavour, gently cooked wrapped in a SAGA package

Step 1
Separate the lobster's claws and tail and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2
Defrost the mussels, if needed, and rinse thoroughly (also fresh) in cold water. Remove the beards and barnacles with a sharp knife and throw any open, cracked or floating shells away. Rinse again.

Step 3
Lay out four large large sheets of SAGA Cooking Paper and spread some olive oil in the centre of each sheet.

Step 4
Dice the salmon and peel and chop the garlic. Cook the spaghetti, divide it into four and put one portion into the centre of each sheet. Add the pesto and the rest of the ingredients and make SAGA packages.

Step 5
Place them on a baking tray and cook at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

Step 6
Serve the packages unopened to your diners so they can savour the moment when the mouth-watering aromas are released.

TOP TIP: Make sure the mussels open when cooking – this can be best done by making the package large enough.
