Perfect dish for a quick dinner with friends!
1/2 kg potatoes
150 g bacon
1 bunch of parsley (chopped)
100 g champignons
salt and pepper
8-10 large savoy cabbage leaves
Peel and slice the potatoes and onion. Clean and finely slice the champignons and bacon. Line a casserole dish with SAGA Cooking Paper.
Place half of the cabbage leaves in the dish. Make alternate layers of potato, onion, bacon and parsley on the cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Top with the remaining cabbage leaves and cover with a sheet of SAGA Cooking Paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 140oC for about 2 hours.
You can also make individual portions of the casserole in SAGA Boats as a side dish with meat. Or for those extra hungry guests, try adding slices of sausage to the layers!
