Pork with curry

Spicy and exotic; pork with curry
8 pork chops
1 clove of garlic
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tbsp curry powder
50 ml olive oil
salt and pepper
Brush the pork chops with the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and the curry powder. Grill the chops on both sides until brown and then place them in a baking dish lined with SAGA Cooking Paper.
Finley dice the garlic and sprinkle it over the chops. Add the rosemary and cook in the oven for about 8-12 minutes at 180°C (200°C).
