Whitefish in a SAGA Package
Light and healthy; whitefish in an aroma package
1 whole whitefish (~600 g)
400 g boiled potatoes
juice and rind from 2 organic lemons
1 small bunch of dill
2 tbsp of rose pepper
2 tbsp of honey
100 g of butter
1 bunch of arugula leaves
1 chopped onion (red or regular)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Remove the gills and fins of the fish and rub salt over the skin.
Place the fish in the centre of a large sheet of SAGA Cooking Paper. Mix the dill and rose pepper with the honey and brush all over the fish. Chop the potatoes and add them with the butter into the same package with the fish. Season with lemon juice and rind. Make a SAGA Package and secure it with cooking string if needed. Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes at 150°C (170°C).
Chop all ingredients and mix. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top.
Serve the fish straight from the SAGA Package with the fresh salad
