Mustard Mashed Potatoes

A potato classic with a hot twist

Step 1
Peel and halve the potatoes. Boil in slightly salted water, drain and allow to stand for a few minutes. Add the mustard, chopped chives, butter and sea salt to taste while the potatoes are still hot and mash.

Step 2
This dish is an excellent side dish for poached trout.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 450 g waxy potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp hot mustard
  • 1 bunch chives
  • butter
  • sea salt
