Green beans with blue cheese
Fast and easy side dish to go with meat and fish
1 bag of frozen whole green beans
100 g of chopped bacon (or mushrooms)
blue cheese to taste
Make four SAGA Boats. Fill each boat with the green beans and sprinkle over the chopped bacon. For a vegetarian version of this dish, use lightly fried mushrooms. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (220°C). Sprinkle chunks of blue cheese on top. Serve directly from the SAGA boats.
