Curry Chicken in SAGA Boats
350g chicken breast
2 apples
1 banana
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp curry powder
200ml 36% cream (or coconut milk)
20g butter
salt
pepper
fresh chives
Cut the chicken breast into small 4cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the banana and cut the 2 apples into 8 equal size pieces.
Dice the onion and garlic.
Sauté the chicken together with the onion and garlic in a frying pan for about 3 minutes.
Mix the curry in with the cream.
Take 4 sheets of SAGA Cooking Paper (A4 size) and place the the chicken, apple and banana on each sheet.
Make SAGA boats out of each sheet and cover the ingredients with curry cream.
Bake in an oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
Garnish the dish with finely chopped chives and serve the meal in the SAGA Boats.
