Chicken in the apple orchard

The recipe comes from "Pichciuchy, czyli rodzina w kuchni" - the book issued by Happy Motherhood Foundation.
400g chicken breast
60 ml heavy cream
50 ml apple juice
5g pistachios (handful)
salt
white pepper
cinnamon
2 apples (200g)

SAGA cooking paper
Rinse the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and mix them with the apple juice and cream. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Add pistachios into the meat mixture. Stir gently. Make four round patties amd cover them with apple slices peeled and cut into eights. Place each patty on a separate sheet of SAGA cooking paper and make SAGA pouches. Cook in boiling water for about 12-15 minutes.
