Smoking with parchment paper

Try smoking food in a SAGA pouch, package or wrap - either in ready portions or as a whole. Smoking with parchment paper not only protects the food from dirt and soot, but also softens the smoky flavour since the smoke is carried to the food through the paper.

Food can be served in the paper wrapping as smoking gives the paper a beautiful golden colour. In individual portions, smoking lets diners open their own portions themselves just before eating, so that the aromas remain fresh right up to the moment of enjoyment.
