4 pc salmon (รก 150 g)
200 g kohlrabi, peeled and blanched
100 g sun dried tomatoes
Basil
Salt
White pepper
Seasoned butter (bacon-herb butter)
Season salmon with salt and white pepper. Place four pieces of cooking paper on table, then place ingredients with salmon on top on each piece. Top with seasoned butter. Lift paper edges up and twist into knot. Secure with cooking string. Bring little water (1-2cm) to boil, add salmon packages and steam with lid on for 8 minutes. Lift on household towel to allow excess water to drain. Serve directly from paper, opening wrap at table.
Bacon-herb butter
100 g butter
Fried bacon croutons
Chopped mixed herbs (thyme, chives)
Salt
White pepper.
Mix ingredients. Place sheet of cooking paper on table and spread bacon-herb butter on it along edge closest to you, leaving ca. 1 inch on each side free. Form into roll and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Cut thin slices from bacon-herb butter and place on salmon before closing steaming package.
